a) How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
We maintain ready inventory for the products available on our website. Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation (excluding public holidays and non-working days). Under normal circumstances, your order is expected to reach you within 4–6 business days. However, delivery may occasionally take longer due to unforeseen circumstances or courier-related delays.
b) Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. After your order has been processed and dispatched from our warehouse, we will send you another email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Registered customers can also log in to the "My Account" section to view their order status.
c) What are the shipping charges?
A shipping fee of Rs. 80 will be applicable on orders with a total value below Rs. 499. The shipping charge will automatically be added to your order total during checkout.
d) What time will my order be delivered?
Our courier partners generally contact customers before attempting delivery. We request you to keep your phone accessible to receive their call. If the delivery cannot be completed after three attempts, and after an email notification from our team, the shipment may be returned to our warehouse.
e) Do you deliver outside India?
At present, Life Aveda delivers products only within India. International shipping is currently not available.
f) Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders. If you prefer not to make the full payment online, you can choose the Partial COD option during checkout. Under this option, you pay Rs.100 in advance on the website, and the remaining balance can be paid in cash at the time of delivery.
g) Why is Cash on Delivery (COD) unavailable for my order?
The Cash on Delivery (COD) option may not be available in certain serviceable locations due to courier partner limitations. Additionally, some products are not eligible for COD. Availability depends on your delivery location and the products selected. If COD is unavailable, you can complete your purchase using Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, or other available online payment methods.
